- Follow applicable laws and cloud provider policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, code samples, and lab materials, is owned or licensed by SolidVector Nexus. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
5. Disclaimers and Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement, certification results, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Refunds
We offer a 14-day satisfaction window for self-paced courses not substantially consumed. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County, California.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
